At the beginning of every session or journey that I guide, I start with a deep & harmonizing meditation & prayer sequence.

This entire guided journey flowed out of me a few years ago while in a deep channel state & has since informed every aspect of my work.

I have never written it out (except by request), yet I could never forget the words.

I have developed this prayer with a lot of intention, & it doesn’t matter how many times I hear myself speak it - it hits every time. There’s a certain magic to it that’s felt, and anyone who has worked with me confirms that this brief inward journey “takes them somewhere”.

With years of repetition, this prayer has taken on a life of its own - coded to reliably set the space for whatever container I’m working within.
