What Youâll Be Practicing
Each day you will follow a unique guided meditation designed to train your awareness through the body.
The structure gradually moves through different regions of the body before integrating the entire system.

This experiment, however, is designed as an accessible way to experience the practice while continuing to live your normal daily life.

The invitation is simple:
One meditation per day for 30 days.
Thatâs Level One.
If youâre feeling bold, thereâs also Level Two:
Repeat the same meditation twice in one day.
One sit is powerful.
Two sits accelerates the training.
You can begin anytime and move through the journey at your own pace.
